Accepted Instructions

While we try to satisfy client requirements and instructions as much as possible, there are certain types of orders that take too much editing time, and as such we cannot accommodate if we want to keep our service at the price point it is at.

We would encourage you to take a look at some of our samples or place a test order before ordering a larger batch. Even with a larger batch, we’ll send over the first article once we have it done, so we can make sure everyone is on the same page.

If you’re the type of person who likes to go through every word and has very specific preferences on how everyone should write, chances are, our services are not for you.

The types of instructions we accept would look more like this:

  1. Products to promote
  2. Article template to follow (e.g. Introduction, Buyer’s Guide, Product Roundup, FAQs)
  3. Headings that should be included in each article
  4. Template/structure each article should follow
  5. Affiliate programs to choose products from
  6. US/UK English
  7. Yoast Readability Optimization
  8. Surfer SEO Optimization (please contact us first)
  9. Or, you could leave content production entirely up to us; it’s worked well for many of our clients so far, as you can see in our case studies

Some examples of orders we don’t accept would be:

  • Example #1:
This was an order that come with 600 words of instructions that should be followed in overall, on top 500 words of instructions for each and every article, some of which were contradicting one another, with things like:
    • Include these [30 words]
    • Place internal links to [12 URLs]
    • Color them yellow and color external links green
    • Don’t link to competitor sites
    • Use everyday vocabulary
    • Cite the source if you’re presenting a fact. Only cite credible & authoritative sites
    • Please backup ALL your facts with links to evidence preferably from a site with some kind of authority in the market
  • Example #2:
The same client from the example above later complained about their content in the following manner, fully commenting out the entire Word document with what their preferred way of writing would’ve been:
    • “Why did you put an exclamation mark here? Looks very odd.”
    • “I googled this and couldn’t find it”
    • “Weird transition”
    • “Too many keywords”
    • “The product I asked you to include at #8 wasn’t on Amazon, please replace that part with this one”

We understand that you may have your preferences and opinions of what the content or writing style should be like, but if you’re going to go over the entire article and provide extensive instructions and opinions similar to the above, you may as well write the content yourself and not use our service.

We try to create engaging, SEO-friendly and converting content with each article, but preferences are just that, and if you have a lot of them, our service is not for you. Orders with a lot of requirements do not fit our content creation and editing process.
